Matcha & Avocado Toast

Ingredients:

  • 3g Hojicha by YOOCHA MATCHA®
  • 60ml hot water (70-80°C)
  • 15ml agave syrup
  • 180ml milk of choice
  • Ice cubes

Directions:

  • Put the whisk in hot water.
  • Sift the Hojicha by YOOCHA MATCHA® powder into a bowl (approx. two bamboo scoops)
  • Add hot water, 70-80°C and whisk vigorously in an «M» until frothy
  • Add your agave syrup and whisk again until all ingredients are well combined together
  • Fill you cup with ice and pour your preferred choice of milk
  • Top it off with your hojicha mixture, stir and enjoy!
